Stress
can be defined as our emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioral reaction
to any perceived demands or threats. Having some stress
is necessary. However, experiencing too much stress can become problematic. Therefore,
stress have to release before it become a burden for students.
There
have several ways to release stress.
1.
Have
a proper rest
Students
need to have a proper rest in order to keep their mind fresh. They can be more focus
on their studies. Their emotional will be more stable since they are more
energize after rest.
2.
Gathering
with friends
Students
may gather with friends when they feel stress. They may share their problems
and having fun together. Thus, their mind can be having a well rest during the
gathering.
3.
Exercise
When students feel stress, they can do
exercises, such as jogging, playing badminton and cycling. By exercise, they
may physically relax their body. They may relax their mind through exercises
too.
4.
Plan
a trip
Students
can plan a trip for themselves when they felt stress. They may get rid of their
burden during their trip. Thus, they may relax their mind and lets their mind
have a rest before continue their works.
